Shipping & Delivery
Shipping generally takes between 4 and 7 business days via EMS International from Bali, Indonesia to most places around the world. However it may take longer depending on your local postal services. We are absolutely not responsible for local government and custom charges and delays due to local or internal bureaucracy. Please also allow up to 5 business days to ship for items stated "in stock" as we work with a small hand made production reinforcing our commitment to quality and exclusivity and we also do a once a week only post office run. Custom made items will take longer as they need to be manufactured. Please also note that purchases made on weekends will need an extra day for the shipment processing. All pieces come in a signature bali PLATFORM gift Box as well as designer’s own package.
Losses and extreme delays are unusual but can occur specially during the busiest times of the year. While we do our very best to assist you it is your responsibility to contact your local postal company once package has left Indonesia and its in your country's territory. Each contry has different laws and custom and importation taxes and local delivery procedures and this is not our responsability. Once a package is considered lost or damaged we will look into each case and we will gladly offer you a full refund or replacemnet if proved that it was caused by our mistake (eg: mispelled or incomplete address writen on parcel).

In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the Personal Data we collect.All Personal Data you provide us is processed fairly and lawfully.When visiting our Website there is always an option not to provide Personal Data. You may, however, voluntarily provide us with Personal Data for the following purposes:
  1. Creation of a customer account that enables you to Purchase products online.
  2. Responding to your enquiry and/or providing you access to specific information as requested by you;
  3. Registration or subscription of online newsletters/promotions/sales
  4. Distribution and marketing purposes

Depending on context, we may also collect additional Personal Data to successfully provide services or process requests. Ie; secure payment details, shipment address’s and or general customer details. We do not disclose information that we hold to unrelated companies outside our corporate group for marketing purposes. Any information that we no longer require is destroyed. When we have collected information about you it cannot be seen or modified by anyone else.

Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns or exchanges of product because of a change in mind. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, Bahagia Store will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:

- You must notify us within 14 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 7 days after such notification.

-  We require photographic evidence and detailed explanation in order to identify is there's a factory fault on product or if the piece have been mishandled.

- We do not take responsibility for mishandled pieces. Please read our Info & Care info provided with every piece and also on our website to make sure you make the most of your purchase.

-  Upon receipt of the product we will refund you the purchase price for the Product, less any shipping costs

-  The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by us on your paypal account or credit card.
